Clean sweep of first and second place for EVP Racers at UTV Invasion in Waynoka, OK!
In the Stock Class, Daniel Moritz took first place aboard a Can-Am X3 running an EVP Stage 5-X85 custom tuned by EVP Co-Owner Jim Zuccone. Second place went to Blade Overturf in a Can-Am X3 running an off-the-shelf EVP Stage 5-X85 tune.
The 43mm class was won by Michael Reid in a Can-Am X3 running an EVP Paragon P43R turbo system custom tuned by EVP Co-Owner Jim Zuccone on the stock ECU. Michael and Stephanie Reid spent many hours getting the “Batman” car lightened to class weight and refining the clutch and chassis setup. Michael is always on point at the light and this weekend was no different.
Cameron Underwood, also running an EVP Paragon P43-R turbo custom tuned by EVP Brandon Toole on an Emtron ECU, took a close second place. Cameron and Michael ran neck-and-neck, with Mike edging out Cameron for the win.
The 50mm class was won by Reed Goering in a Can-Am X3 running an EVP P46R Turbo custom-tuned by EVP Co-Owner Jim Zuccone on the stock ECU. Michael Reid entered his 43mm class car in the 50mm class and took a close second place, proving once again that the P43R Turbocharger is competitive with much larger class turbos.
Congratulations to all EVP racers! And special thanks to Stephanie Reid for capturing all the action behind the lens!
