RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 day(s) from the original purchase date. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO RETURNS are allowed beyond 30 days of receiving the shipment. Returned product must be in unused/uninstalled/undamaged condition. EVP will, at its discretion, determine whether a part meets this criterion. If returned parts are received as new, then a refund will be issued, minus shipping charges. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. DAMAGED ORDERS
Evolution Powersports is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. Missing or Damaged parts must be reported to EVP within 72 Hours after the parts are delivered as determined by the carrier tracking number. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
