"Another excellent weekend for EVP backed racers!"

- Jim Zuccone

In the sand drags, EVP racer Michael Payne dominated the Outlaw class and took 1st place with his EVP-tuned Can-Am X3 running the unstoppable P43-R turbo system on E85 fuel. What made this win extremely impressive was the competition he was up against. The class had two shop-built cars: a 50mm turbo Can-Am X3 on methanol and a 700 horsepower Pro R turbo. The 50mm competitors X3 had full trackside race support. Michael’s car was tuned and clutched by EVP race manager Dan Picht. Michael spent a lot of time dialing in his car with Dan’s help, and the hard work paid off! This shows again how good driving, paired with an EVP P43-R turbo system, can propel you to the podium even when you are up against much larger turbo cars on exotic fuels. Congratulations Michael!

EVP racer Joseph Cordell got rowdy with Megaladon Can-Am X3 which is powered by an EVP DS420 turbo system and tuned by EVP race manager Dan Picht on a Motec ECU.

EVP racer Bill Rabe won the title of the “Baddest Buggy in the Nation” by winning the unlimited Mud Class with his stock ECU P46-357 turbo system tuned on the factory ECU by EVP co-owner Jim Zuccone. Bill Rabe’s exact words are “it’s the best big turbo tune I have ever run”. We're glad you love it, Congratulations Bill!
