EVP High-Pressure Fuel Pump w/ Surge Tank Kits for Polaris RZR Pro XP, Turbo R & XP Turbo/S
With the introduction of the all-new Stage 2 Rising Rate High-Pressure Fuel Pump w/ Surge Tank Kit, EVP now has two proven solutions that provide the ultimate safeguard against engine starvation regardless of how much fuel is in the tank.
(NEW) STAGE 2 High-Pressure Rising Rate Fuel Pump w/ Surge Tank Kit
For maximum fuel flow and delivery, the new EVP Stage 2 Rising Rate High-Pressure Surge Tank Kit checks all the boxes. This direct replacement for the OEM fuel pump assembly (factory float module is reused, not included) features an integrated 4 BAR fuel regulator to increase fuel pressure on demand to the 340LPH pump for crisp, instantaneous acceleration. Additionally, this updated version of our original RZR Surge Tank design features an integrated billet fuel hat that connects to the factory fuel line in place of the OEM plastic hat. Only the OEM float is reused for a near-direct replacement drop-in kit that makes installation much easier compared to the EVP Stage 1 kit.
- EVP NOTE(s): Stage 2 Surge Tank Kits are compatible with all RZR Pro XP & Turbo R models, and 2019-’21 XP Turbo/S models WITH FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE (FPCM) only.
- Requires EVP or aftermarket silicone charge tube to run the vacuum line for the rising-rate system.
STAGE 1 High-Pressure Fuel Pump w/ Surge Tank Kit
The Stage 1 High-Pressure Fuel Pump & Surge Tank Kit features the same internals as the Stage 2 kit, minus the 4 BAR regulator and billet fuel hat (the factory fuel hat and float are reused for all Stage 1 Surge Tank kits, not included).
- EVP NOTE: Stage 1 Surge Tank Kits are compatible with all RZR Pro XP & Turbo R models, and 2016-’21 XP Turbo/S models with or without the Fuel Pump Control Module.
EVP has worked with racers who attest to the surge tank’s effectiveness. In their own words:
“With the OEM fuel system, I was not able to run with less than 3 bars on the gauge without fuel starvation issues. Now I can run down to the last gallon and the engine never misses a beat.”
-Midwest Ice Racer
FEATURES:
- Enough fuel flow for 300 crank horsepower on E85 (19-21 XPT, All Pro XP and Turbo R returnless fuel systems) and 400 crank horsepower on E85 (16-20 XPT return style fuel systems)
- Completely designed in-house and thoroughly tested on both stock and high-horsepower cars
- Eliminates engine fuel starvation caused by fuel “sloshing around” in the tank once levels get below approximately four gallons
- Integrated 340LPH fuel pump and EVP-designed Venturi-style fuel pickup system with premium hoses for consistent fuel delivery regardless of levels
- Significantly improved fuel delivery upon launch/acceleration, navigating elevation changes in the dunes, as well as short-course or other racing situations
