Fitment and installation differ between the Spark Squirter and the 2020+ Free-Flowing system. Use these answers to identify the correct exhaust before ordering.

Which Sea-Doo models do these exhaust systems fit?

The Squirter Exhaust fits 2014+ Sea-Doo Spark models, with separate 2014–2023 and 2024+ kit configurations. The Free-Flowing Exhaust fits select 2020+ Sea-Doo 130, 170, 230, 300 and 325 applications. Verify the exact year and model on the individual product page.

What is the difference between the Spark Squirter and the 2020+ Free-Flowing Exhaust?

The Spark Squirter replaces the factory muffler suppressor and routes exhaust through a billet top-deck outlet. The 2020+ Free-Flowing Exhaust replaces the sound-suppression section between the waterbox and hull exit. They are different systems for different hulls and are not interchangeable.

Does installation require cutting the hull?

The Spark Squirter requires cutting the top deck for the outlet. The Free-Flowing Exhaust for select 2020+ models installs between the waterbox and hull exit without hull modification. Use the installation instructions linked on the applicable product page.

Do these systems reuse the factory waterbox?

Yes. The Spark Squirter reuses the factory waterbox, and the 2020+ Free-Flowing Exhaust installs downstream of the waterbox. Confirm the included hardware and exact configuration for your model year.

Is ECU tuning required with a Sea-Doo exhaust?

Neither current exhaust product page lists ECU tuning as an installation requirement. For the Spark, EVP recommends pairing the Squirter with an EVP Power Flash for best performance. If the exhaust is part of a larger build, review PWC tuning options or contact EVP to confirm the complete combination.
