Rather than doing what’s already been done, we took a more dynamic approach with our Sea-Doo Spark exhaust system compared to everything else in the market today. Yes, the new EVP Squirter Free-Flow Exhaust delivers killer sound and improved performance with its less-restrictive design that eliminates the OEM sound suppressor. But that’s where the similarities end. Unlike other systems that exit through the rear of the hull, the Squirter features a rear top deck billet exit port that not only looks bad ass, but it also “squirts” out jets of water when you hammer the throttle!
The lightweight direct replacement for the stock muffler suppressor features durable and corrosion-resistant five-ply wire-reinforced silicone, providing better heat retention and flexibility in the hull. The lightweight and free-flowing design reduces back pressure and restriction to improve engine and overall ski performance, with a sound that’s cleaner and less muffled due to the placement of the exit port. The kit includes billet exhaust outlet and trim ring, as well as OEM exit port block-off plug and all necessary hardware. Installation reuses the factory water box and requires cutting into the Spark’s top deck vs the rear hull, making it much easier (and affordable) to revert back to the stock system down the road if desired.
