The all-new RZR Pro R featuring the 2.0L ProStar Fury inline four provided a mountain of prospects to dissect, analyze, and ultimately improve upon. After countless hours in the dyno lab and testing in the field, we’ve developed a full range of EVP exhaust, tuning and clutching guaranteed to transform an already formidable monster into an entirely new beast.

MAGNUM Exhaust Systems
The Pro R has a very distinctive sound straight out of the showroom. But it’s lacking the balls its brawn demands. Improving overall performance a given, our main goal developing the Pro R Magnum exhaust was capturing its distinctive sound theory and elevating it to an exotic supercar-style growl you can feel in your chest. After many iterations that didn’t meet EVP standards, we achieved the perfect balance of sound and power in our Magnum Header as well as three fully unique systems that are each developed, tuned and sound-specific to the Pro R platform. Deep, throaty exhaust notes paired with aggressive style and performance that intensifies the Pro R’s true power. Handcrafted right here in the U.S.A.
PRO R ECU TUNING
Finding and unleashing untapped potential is our specialty. It’s also an artform, and the monstrous ProStar Fury 2.0L powerplant presented the perfect canvas. EVP tunes are developed based on real-world testing and how we ride and race. Throughout our methodical development and testing process, we put the Pro R through its paces and pushed it to the max to identify areas in need of attention. And we were amazed at the results achieved. PRO R TUNINGEVP SHIFT-TEK CLUTCHING
More horsepower means nothing if you can’t properly transfer it to the wheels. We can help with that. The EVP Shift-Tek Low Engagement Clutch Kit for Pro R is perfect for riders who don’t want high engagement but still want to dial in their exact operating RPM. The non-notched weights have enough adjustability to compensate for all EVP Pro R tune packages. Our clutch weight profiles and settings are developed in unison with our tunes to ensure white-knuckle responsiveness regardless of how or where you ride.
