Can-Am Defender HD11 MG1 ECU Bench Power Flash (ECU SEND-IN)

*EVP DISCLAIMER: EVP’s 2026 Defender HD11 MG1 ECU Unlock & Flash Service requires removing and sending in your ECU to: 2018 State Road 35 Somerset, WI 54025. Please print and fill out this ECU SUBMISSION FORM and submit it with your physical ECU. The MG1 Unlock takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete AFTER we receive your ECU. Expect to be without your ECU for approximately one to two weeks including transit time.

Customers are responsible for purchasing the shipping label and sending the ECU to EVP's Wisconsin facility. ECU's will be returned via UPS Ground Delivery (not including international orders).

No Brake Start - no need to press the brake to start the engine
Stage 1 is a 91 octane tune but will automatically reduce ignition for 87 octane with a slight power reduction

EVP’s Stage 1 ECU power flash and Clicker Clutch Weight kit deliver a night-and-day difference when it comes to overall power delivery, responsiveness, and drivability.

In Stock form, the HD11 was sluggish off the line and overall left us less than impressed posting a dismal 16.85 0-60 time. After months of dissecting Can-Am’s latest three-cylinder Rotax powerplant, the leaders in Defender performance upgrades have now unleashed the HD11’s true potential. A suite of tuning features designed specifically for the MG1 ECU and HD11 deliver massive horsepower gains through a combination of our advanced tuning strategy and experience getting the most out of the PDrive primary clutch. This killer package shaved over 3 seconds off 0-60 – now posting a 13.53.

Standard EVP MG1 ECU tuning features include raised rev and torque limits, remapped fueling and ignition timing, as well as numerous safety features to ensure optimal performance in all conditions. EVP’s integrated engine cooling options for the fan on/off temperatures allow customers to choose between the stock parameters/temperatures for colder climates, or lower on/off temperatures for warmer climates.

You can find your Defender HD11 ECU behind the back right seat of the cab.

DIAGNOSTIC PORT LOCATION -

The diagnostic port on the HD11 is located in the front under the front hood.
