Vehicle configuration, ECU status, flash method, fuel, and DCT requirements must be matched before ordering.

What is the difference between CodeShooter and Bench Flash Tuning?

Both use the correct unlock and vehicle-specific tuning process. CodeShooter lets the customer load available tune files after the ECU is unlocked, read and reset trouble codes, and monitor live critical engine data, all from your smartphone; the bench-flash option requires sending the ECU to EVP for flashing. Follow the delivery and core options on the vehicle tuning product pages.

Do I need to upgrade my clutch if I add an ECU tune?

Highly recommended! When you seriously bump up the horsepower on your Can-Am, the factory clutch starts to struggle. Upgrading to a heavy-duty clutch kit ensures all that extra power actually makes it to the dirt instead of just slipping and burning up your belts.

Is DCT tuning included with Maverick R ECU tuning?

Basic transmission calibration is included with current EVP Maverick R ECU flashes to match the raised rev limit. The advanced DCT+ upgrade, which adds more extensive shift-strategy and clutch-pressure changes, is separate. Verify the exact product and vehicle configuration before ordering.

Do all Maverick R tunes require a fuel-pump or flex-fuel upgrade?

No. Fuel-system requirements depend on the selected calibration, fuel and power package. Install a rising-rate pump, flex-fuel kit or other fuel component only when it is listed for that exact configuration. Review fuel-system components when the selected tune calls for additional hardware.
