Can-Am Maverick X3 Textured Black MOAB Bulkhead by CT Race Worx

This part came about from one of CT Race Worx's sponsored racers, Kyle Chaney, that races in TORC series and was the 2017 Season Champion. 

A line of parts needed to be developed specifically for his car as the beatings they take are unbelievable. So they had to develop a part to replace the factory bulkhead and build something stronger. But make it a bulkhead that wasn't going to weigh much more than stock. What they came up with was our MOAB (mother of all bulkheads) bulkhead. This is built from 3 different pieces of grade-50 steel, CNC formed and then welded together. They bump-formed the front edge to mimic the shape of the factory tube while adding double the rigidity and strength that the tube offers.   

CT Race Worx thought of every way that the force would be transmitted through this and added strength to the areas that needed it, and took material away where they could afford to drop additional weight. The MOAB has been abused over and over in TORC, is holding strong and still looks great. So they took the time converting it over to a production part that is affordable to everyone, not just factory racers. This bulkhead does have the holes cut in it to allow bolt access when installing our X3 Bombproof Gusset Kit.  

Strongly recommended for riders that don't need a winch mount, but need to bulk up the front of their machine. Add the CT Race Worx Bombproof Gusset Kit and Bombproof Upper Shock Mount for the ultimate strength in the front end of your machine.
