The EVP Rising Rate Fuel Pump Kit for Polaris RZR Pro R is not a modified OEM solution—it’s a ground-up engineered fuel system built specifically for high-horsepower Polaris RZR Pro R applications.

Designed to support 550+ wheel horsepower on E85, this system enables the use of a larger, high-flow fuel pump required for aggressive builds, forced induction setups, and ethanol-based fuels—without sacrificing reliability or drivability.

At the core of the design is a fully integrated billet aluminum fuel hat with OEM-style Venturi functionality, ensuring the surge tank remains consistently supplied—even under hard acceleration and at fuel levels as low as 1/4 tank. The result: stable fuel delivery when it matters most.

By integrating the Venturi system directly into the fuel hat, this design significantly reduces assembly complexity and eliminates common failure points found in multi-component systems. The outcome is a cleaner install, improved durability, and precise fuel flow control.

• Rising Rate Hose Assembly Add On (2532020003): If using with a standalone ECU & running more than 15 psi of boost pressure, you can run fuel pump in a rising-rate configuration. This will allow the fuel pressure to rise at a 1:1 ratio with boost pressure.
