ENGINE
Evolution Powersports' XR Custom Engines are THE ultimate in power, performance, and quality. Years of engineering, testing, and refinement can now be yours with our custom XR Engine Build Program. Race-proven Stage I, II and III engine builds, high-performance intakes and more. We can do it all from mild to wild!
TURBO
EVP has a long history developing proprietary turbo systems that outperform the competition. The EVP Desert Storm is the winningest turbo system in both sanctioned and unsanctioned racing, earning our in-house race program an overall championship in the prestigious Sand Outlaw Series. With turbo packages for 91 octane and race fuel applications, it’s up to you how big you want to go.
TUNING
Top racers and race teams choose EVP Power Flashes because they know our tunes give them the power and safety required to reach the podium. We utilize the same ECU calibration tools as the OE manufacturers, which allows access to the entire ECU, not just simple tune road maps other companies are limited to. Our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled Dyno lab allows us to precisely measure power and torque prior to rigorous real-world testing program. EVP software is then proven in the most grueling conditions possible to ensure the most refined, powerful and relentlessly tested ECU flashes available. At EVP, we test where you ride.
MOTEC
EVP MoTeC ECU calibrations are a great option for anyone looking to hit the next level of performance with their SXS. Our custom tuning is tailored to your exact vehicle, allowing us to take full advantage of your setup to ensure the vehicle runs flawlessly regardless of terrain or riding style. More powerful fuel systems, advanced knock control, closed loop fuel and boost control, and a host of other features make EVP MoTeC packages one of the most potent performance upgrades available.
EXHAUST
High-performance engines need a quality exhaust system capable of harnessing back-pressure. Our stacked arsenal of exhaust is renowned for delivering the performance and durability pro racers demand combined with killer sound and badass style that’s guaranteed to turn heads. Handmade in the U.S.A., EVP exhaust is TIG-welded from the finest 304 stainless steel offered in a variety of traditional full systems or race pipe setups (both actuated and non-actuated). Deep, growling exhaust notes without being obnoxious, color-matched heat shields, and podium-proven performance are the perfect finishing touches for your build.
CLUTCHING
The dark art of clutching requires more than a general horsepower range to properly tune a clutch that meets your SXS’s needs. EVP’s collection of primary clutch calibrations, clutch kits, and secondary clutch upgrades are developed hand-in-hand with our power flashes and turbo packages to ensure optimal performance for your vehicle. Choose from a full range of EVP calibrated TAPP and STM primary clutches, plus proprietary EVP Shift-Tek Clutch Kits, primary and secondary springs, and much more to dial in the perfect setup for your SXS.

OUR PROCESS
When your engine arrives at our facility, it undergoes a detailed inspection & disassembly process. Our dedicated Clean Room is where the cases are meticulously cleaned using a proprietary process that removes all oxidation, dirt and grease, ensuring when you receive an EVP built engine, not only is it new on the inside, but it looks new on the outside.
Our specialized technicians expertly assemble, setup, calibrate and test your new engine, set to your customized specifications.
Prior to shipping, every engine is filled with oil and we let it sit for 24 hours to ensure there are no leaks. Once the final inspection is complete, the oil is drained and the engine is packed in a wooden crate to minimize the risk of shipping damage.

Before we dedicated ourselves to the Powersports market 12 years ago, we built and tuned some of the fastest Porsches in the world. We brought this experience, expertise, dedication and unrelenting desire for speed to the off-road world.
EVP is a certified Best in the Desert (BITD) engine supplier and can perform an OEM rebuild to an all-out duner/drag race MONSTER. We use only the finest components in the industry such as billet products from #TTR_cnc, #runbc, fasteners designed by EVP and produced by ARP utilizing Custom Age 625 alloy, EVP Spec CP Carrillo pistons, connecting rods and much more.

The OEM cylinders are a thin wall cast material and do not provide an ideal sealing surface for the head gasket. With EVP XR Series Billet Cylinders, we are able to provide a stable sealing surface to go with the BC/ARP CA625 Head Studs.
The integrated iron liners further provide the needed strength for the increased cylinder pressure of the big power / high boost applications. The closed deck design still provides ample cooling around the top of the cylinder while providing additional strength on the deck surface.
Our NEW Billet Cylinders coupled with the Brian Crower XPT/Pro XP Engine Components are ready to take Polaris Power to the Next Level. The EVP Billet Cylinders are 100% direct replacement – no block machining is necessary.
