EVP Billet Fuel Rail for Can-Am Maverick X3

The newly redesigned Evolution Powersports Billet Fuel Rail for the Maverick X3 is another product developed through our sponsored racer program and in-house drag racing program. The new sleek design allows for ease of use, featuring a new injector clip design. In addition, it can be used as a dead head or return-style system, unlike our first design, which was only a dead head. Many racers have been looking for a replacement aluminum fuel rail to further bulletproof their vehicles when used under harsh riding conditions and racing. The OEM fuel rail is made from plastic which is no match for the strength of the EVP 6061 T6 aluminum fuel rail. The EVP fuel rail is direct replacement, no modifications needed to the inlet fitting, and can be installed in a matter of minutes.

Because of the incredible power we are making in our big turbo and drag race cars, we needed a fuel rail that was adaptable to larger fuel hose and more secure AN style fittings. One of the biggest issues with the OEM fuel rail is the 5/16' supply hose and fitting. 500+ horsepower on alcohol (E85) based fuels requires a huge volume of fuel. The EVP billet fuel rail has a threaded boss so the OEM fuel hose adapter fitting can be swapped out for a -6AN o-ring boss (available separately). This allows the use of 3/8' fuel hose from the pump all the way to the rail. You can also run a return-style fuel system with this fuel rail. This will not only supply more fuel but will also lower the amp draw from the fuel pump.
