EVP Shift-Tek Magnet Clutch Kit For Kawasaki Teryx H2

Evolution Powersports prototyped and tested ten different ramp profiles to produce the best clutch kit available for your Kawasaki H2! The goal of our clutch kit is to maximize overall performance, whether you are stock or tuned. Our Ramp base weight is 84 grams. With our included magnets, we can load the ramps up to approximately 105 grams. This covers all current power levels from stock to our Stage 4X-100 Octane tune. We include a primary clutch spring, which provides a sportier 2300-2400 RPM engagement. This is perfect for aggressive trail and dune riding. For rock crawling, the OEM primary spring is reused for an 1800 rpm, butter smooth engagement, providing the finesse that crawlers need. Even with our higher engagement spring, the engagement is smooth and predictable. 

We have a calibration chart by tune level, belt, and density altitude, which will provide good baseline calibrations no matter where you are riding and what the conditions are. We HIGHLY recommend the EVP Worlds Best Belt with our clutching package. Our clutch weights work very well with the OEM belt, but we have found much better durability with the WB belt. The WB belt is longer than stock and will allow you to achieve a lower gear ratio in the 0-10 mph range. This would normally cost a few mph on the top end; however, our included overdrive washer kit will make up for the loss. Kawasaki does not use all the available travel on the primary clutch moveable sheave. Our washer kit allows the clutch to shift our farther than it can stock adding back some MPH.

• A stronger chrome silicon primary spring  is included allowing slightly higher clutch engagement and shift curve (stock spring can be used for very low engagement)
• Spring is made from chrome silicon steel alloy, which is stronger than most alloys
• Stiffer primary spring compared to OEM, allowing more belt squeeze to eliminate slippage
• All EVP clutch kits are designed to work with the OEM Belts; however, the EVP KRX Worlds Best Belt is HIGHLY recommended

• Overdrive allows higher MPH than the OEM primary clutch allows through additional travel on the primary clutch moveable sheave
