EVP.MOde Race Steering Wheel With PTT or Launch Control Buttons for Can-Am Maverick R

Customizable wheel-mounted buttons are now integrated into the EVP.MOde Race Steering Wheel with your choices of just a push-to-talk (PTT) button, a PTT button paired with an auxiliary button for sirens and/or other functionality, or choose just the EVP MG1 Adjustable Launch Control button setup (EVP Launch Control Tuning sold separately). 

LAUNCH CONTROL SETUP
The new EVP Steering Wheel with Launch Button is a must-have addition for any 2024+ Maverick R equipped with EVP Launch Control tuning. This setup allows you to choose whether launch control is activated by the brake pedal, or steering wheel button activation. Most people have faster reaction time with their thumb because of the small movement it takes to release the button versus the few inches of foot/leg movement to come off the brake. This precious time savings can net a .1 second or more off your reaction, which helps get you to the finish line first! When winners and losers are separated by .001 seconds sometimes, every microsecond counts.

PTT SETUP
Not looking for Launch Control? EVP also offers custom button setups for Push-To-Talk (PTT) and Auxiliary Buttons to make your race steering wheel complete. You can choose to have both buttons or just one, and select which side of the steering wheel you’d like the button.

• Launch Control option eliminates the need to use the brake for exiting EVP MG1 Adjustable 2-Step Launch Control, saving up to a tenth of a second or more off drag times/ET's
• PTT + Auxiliary button option for water dispenser, siren, or more, with a flying 2-wire lead available for a customizable option. Compatible with both Rugged Radio and PCI with a mini XLR Female end. Customers set the final assembly.

EVP.MOde RACE STEERING WHEEL FEATURES
The factory paddle shifters are in a fixed position and don't rotate with the wheel. Kits include integrated carbon fiber paddle shifters that rotate seamlessly with every turn to always keep shifting on point and at your fingertips. EVP's CNC-machined carbon fiber paddle mounts also feature short-throw magnetic actuation, which adds to the tactile feel and helps with quicker shifting.

The fine Italian suede-wrapped steering wheel excels in fit, finish, and feel with its ergonomic contours that deliver a confident and controlled grip. Additionally, the anodized aluminum wheel features a standard 6-lug bolt pattern compatible with the included SFI-certified Quick-Release Hub Adapter as well as most aftermarket hub adapters.

When we set out to create the ultimate steering wheel, we didn't just turn to sourcing a cheaply made knock-off. Instead, we went to the fatherland of premiere sportscar and high-end automotive accessory manufacturing‚ Italy. Most aftermarket SxS steering wheels come from a small handful of select manufacturers, and they all fall way short regarding overall craftsmanship and quality of materials. The included Quick-Release Hub Adapter (Splined Coupler included) also adds another layer of security when leaving your vehicle unattended. This EVP-designed 19-tooth, hub adapter is SFI certified and also features a standard 6-lug bolt pattern. The Quick-Release Hub Adapter is black and gray anodized and includes the Splined Coupler as well as black stainless screws for steering wheel installation.
