Always pushing the limits, EVP has revised the already potent Dynomite Turbo Systems with an all-new ball-bearing Turbocharger!
EVP owners Todd and Jim Zuccone know their customers want the most performance out of their vehicle and the Dynomite V2.0 delivers it in spades. Quick turbocharger spool characteristics and a top end pull that never quits is the hallmark of the DM turbo systems. This is a great setup for a fast dune or desert car with plenty of headroom to compete with the bigger turbo cars.
Three NEW changes were made to improve the performance and durability of the Dynomite turbocharger:
- A ceramic ball bearing rotating assembly (CHRA) was developed to improve spool characteristics and add extra durability at high boost pressures.
- A 1.5mm larger compressor inducer and revised compressor wheel profile gives the already powerful turbocharger additional overhead that will outpower any other direct replacement turbo on the market except for the EVP/TiAL Desert Storm. The new DM 2.0 has so much overhead that it is capable of 40 lbs of boost at sea level!
- Liquid cooled for added durability and performance.
Software calibrations have been revised for the increased airflow characteristics of the new compressor and overall airflow. Power levels for the DM-270 kits remain the same as this is the maximum safe power on a stock XPT/S engine.

Providing instantaneous throttle response with an intense amount of top end power that never fades, our Dynomite Turbo Systems are an excellent option for those who want to maximize the power of a relatively stock engine, as well as those who already have existing EVP engine upgrades. Any exhaust system that worked for the stock turbo can be reused due to the identical exhaust outlet used.
We spent a considerable amount of time refining the Dynomite turbo systems for maximum flexibility with various different octane fuels. NO hardware or wastegate changes are needed when switching between tunes - simply siphon out the old fuel, install the desired fuel into the tank and reprogram the ECU with your choice of flashing device (clutching adjustments are required to maximize performance on a given fuel).
The 91 Octane tunes deliver more power at less boost pressure than any stock injector, stock turbo tune. We designed the 91 Octane tunes to be used for trail riding or duning - they are NOT intended for racing. With our 110 octane and E85 tunes, the full potential of this turbo system is unleashed with a jaw dropping 260-270 HP!
