With our Maptuner Power Package, you no longer have to send in your ECU to get flashed! Maptuner allows you to flash your ECU through the vehicles diagnostic port. A large color, app driven, touchscreen makes tuning a snap. Also featuring datalogging, monitoring, and code read/reset function, it allows you to accurately view or record your engines vitals. With an available Plug-n-Play AFR module, you can monitor and log air fuel ratios in real time! You can also return your vehicle back to stock at any time.

Power Flash Package
2016-2020 Polaris RZR XP Turbo & Pro XP Silicone Charge Tube

Polaris RZR XP Turbo & Pro XP Silicone Charge Tube Evolution Powersports Silicone Charge Tube have 30% larger ID over the OEM Charge Tube.

  • This is important - especially at the higher flow of tuned vehicles.
  • The OEM plastic charge tube does not have a positive seal and will leak at the throttle body and turbo discharge.
  • Silicone provides a near perfect seal.
  • Our charge tube has been burst tested to over 80 PSI and absolutely will not split due to heat or high boost.
  • The tubes have a port for the map sensor, BOV and an extra port for a boost gauge as well as being a pressure port for our Captain's Choice cutout exhaust.
  • The OEM T Bolt clamps will be reused as these are already very good parts.
  • Unlike cheap imitations, the EVP Silicone Charge tube is a 4 layer, high durometer design which resists swelling at high boost pressures.

2020 Polaris RZR Pro XP V-Flow Airbox Reinforced Silicone Intake Tube (Bed to Airbox)

The EVP V-FLOW reinforced airbox intake hose is required for all big injector tunes and recommended for all EVP tuning stages.  The OEM hose is made from soft, unreinforced rubber which implodes when the airflow demands are slightly higher than stock. (A video demonstrating this can be seen on our website under this product page). The EVP V-FLOW reinforced airbox intake hose is made from high strength silicone with internal steel wire reinforcement which guarantees the hose cannot implode.

Other EVP reinforced silicone products to replace the inferior OEM parts are also part of a complete kit and are available separately.

2020 Polaris RZR Pro XP V-Flow Silicone Intake Tube (Airbox to Turbo)

Polaris RZR XP Turbo V-Flow Intake Boot With tunes and big turbos, it is especially important to have the most flow with the least restriction supplied to the compressor section of the turbo. Our silicone V-Flow intake pipe drastically cuts down on the pre turbo turbulence due to the smooth, decreasing radius intake. The EVO Intake does not have an "accordion" section like the oem to disturb the air flow. On our Stage 4R tune, our intake elbow gives us another 2-3 horsepower over stock.

Lastly, customers have reported and we have seen ourselves that fine sand can get past the clamps on the factory intake hose because plastic does not positively seal. The EVO intake hose is made from silicone rubber and will 100% seal to the turbocharger and air box. Unlike cheap imitations, the EVP V-Flow is constructed of 4 layer reinforced, high durometer silicone which will not crush in under high vacuum and high heat. The V-Flow intake is designed to work with the factory breather and blow off valve for 100% stock like installation. Comes in all RZR Turbo colors and works with the OEM turbocharger as well as our Sandblaster Big Turbo Upgrade.

Polaris RZR Billet Aluminum "Vent to Atmosphere" Blow Off Valve Kit with Filter

The Evolution Powersports Polaris RZR XP Turbo blow off valve (BOV) is constructed of anodized billet aluminum and features very high temperature sealing o-rings and custom spring rates matched to the Polaris turbo system. The OEM Polaris part is constructed of plastic and is a very low quality part which is prone to sticking open which will dump boost pressure to atmosphere and will cause a loss in power. The EVOPS BOV is a precision part that is designed for high performance vehicles. Because this blow off valve vents to atmosphere, you can hear the valve blowing off boost pressure which is what most turbo fanatics want to hear! This valve is recommended for sand/trail use only and comes with a prefilter to keep out dust/dirt. Mud bogging customers should purchase part # TU-PRZRT-925-BRV which vents back into the intake.

Polaris RZR Pro XP 2-Step Launch Control Upgrade

Beat your buddies off the line! 
Launch control allows the engine to build gobs of boost without engaging the belt. This EVP exclusive ECU programming holds the engine at a preset RPM when the brake is fully depressed and the accelerator pedal is pushed to the floor (vehicle not moving). Once engaged, we’ve engineered the ECU logic to retard the ignition timing while adding fuel which gives the exhaust energy it needs to spool the turbo and build massive boost at low RPMs. Once the brake pedal is released, the ECU programming reverts to normal, allowing the vehicle to accelerate like it’s been shot out of a cannon! Experience much quicker acceleration which can reduce 0-60 times by up to .4 of a second. EVP launch control is 100% integrated into the OEM ECU code and It does not require any wiring or “piggyback” spark interrupter modules.  A clutch engagement RPM which corresponds to the various launch RPM program is all that is needed for proper operation, and our EVP Shift-Tek Clutch Kits or Custom STM setups are the perfect solution to achieve the required engagement (sold separately).


Our launch control integration into the factory ECU is another example of how committed EVP is to developing innovative and industry leading products and tuning solutions for riders. We continue to push the performance envelope and provide products that dominate in the sand, dirt and racetrack. This software upgrade is only available for EVP tunes and is not compatible with any other tuning company ECU flashes. 

Note: Big Turbos, higher elevations and hot, humid temperatures will reduce the boost you can make at a given RPM. Only available for EVP tunes and is not compatible with any other tuning company ECU flashes.

The Pro XP is the first Polaris vehicle to have the coveted EVP Shift-Tek advanced clutching components built for it. Our adjustable “notched” weights can handle all power levels from Stage 1 all the way through X85 tunes! The notch in the weights raises the rpm to approximately 2300 rpms with the stock primary spring which is ideal for our launch control tunes. Additionally, our improved weight ramp angle improves acceleration and overall clutch performance.

Need a higher engagement? The EVP Shift-Tek silver spring, in conjunction with the notched weights will raise the RPM’s to about 2600. If you don’t want to purchase our clutch kit, which we do not recommend, our Shift-Tek silver spring will raise the RPM’s high enough to use launch control by itself with stock clutch weights.

Higher RPM engagement is achieved by upgrading with our Shift-Tek Clutching kits.  Options found below.

Evolution Powersports is proud to introduce our performance upgrade systems for the 2020 Polaris PRO XP.  Although the Polaris PRO XP comes stock with 181 Engine HP (~148-150 whp), with some simple and proven performance upgrades, we have this beast pushing about 218 HP with the stock turbocharger on pump 93 octane fuel.

Tune Features

Our in-house race team, EVP Racing, not only competes with our own shop-built cars (ever heard of the Desert Storm & Hustler?) which consistently bring home wins, but the team also works as Race Support to many top racers in the industry such Marc Burnett, Dustin Jones, Kyle Chaney, Tim Farr, Lonestar, Matt Burroughs, Elliot Burns, Casey Scherer and others. 6 out of the top 10 drivers in the Lucas Oil Midwest series used EVP tunes & products to help get them to the podium. EVP programming and products are also used by top drivers in GNCC, BITD and SCORE race series with countless podiums. We Raise Winners!

Dyno Testing / Tuning the PRO XP:

We baseline dyno tested the 181 crank HP PRO XP on our Dynojet chassis dyno at 148 - 150 WHP all stock which translates to about a 18% drivetrain loss.  We installed our EVP Performance ECU software calibration to improve overall power of the engine on pump 91 octane fuel and gained a tremendous power improvement over stock. The EVP software tune alone unlocked an additional ~13 whp from this 925CC Polaris Prostar engine on 91 octane fuel with stock exhaust.  Additionally, the cooling fans are triggered 15 degrees cooler, the rev limits and speed limits are raised and the ignition and fuel tables are calibrated for optimal power. Additional improvements are achieved with our exhaust upgrade and Stage 2 (91 Octane) software at ~167 WHP. Our Stage 3R (93 octane) delivers ~178 WHP.  


The Polaris Pro XP is the long-awaited replacement for the venerable XP Turbo. With the new vehicle came great improvements to the drivetrain, engine and turbocharger.  The EVP tuners took full advantage of this by spending a ton R&D to create a refined big injector package that would dominate the dunes and trails.

The EVP Big Injector tunes for the Pro XP are the most lethal stock turbo ECU programs we have ever released. No big turbo needed - the new water-cooled Pro XP turbocharger is substantially more efficient than the earlier generation XP turbochargers.  With an EVP direct replacement wastegate actuator, fuel pump upgrade and big injectors, 260+ (216 WHP) horsepower is at your disposal on E85. This is nearly 70 horsepower over stock!  E85 not your thing? 250 (209 WHP) horsepower is on tap on 110 Octane fuel.  In addition, 95 93 and 91 octane tunes are included as well.  Want to trail ride with the family and don’t want to deal with race gas or E85?  No problem - simply siphon the fuel out of the tank and purge the lines (switching to or from E85), put the desired fuel in the tank and program the ecu with the tune that corresponds to the fuel. Switching tunes requires NO hardware changes or adjustments whatsoever. 

EVP has spent many years developing software for the Polaris XPT platform with our fleet of company owned XPT’s (16 XPT, 17 XPT, 18 XPT “S, 19 XPT CALI)  to enhance the performance of this iconic vehicle.  Our continued R&D of this new PRO XP platform allows us to stay on the cutting edge with industry leading performance. 

When looking to purchase a tune for your $20,000+ vehicle, the first thing you should ask the tuning company is “do you own a PRO XP?”  Most companies do not own the vehicles they sell tunes for. They essentially “borrow” a vehicle for a few days to perform development.  At EVP, we believe that in order to perform proper R&D, the vehicle must be owned so the necessary development can be done both on the dyno and in real world conditions.  Our company owned XPT’s and new PRO XP have spent countless hours on the dyno to test different software calibrations and hardware components.  

Once the tuning was complete, our vehicles were field tested for months in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Utah and Wisconsin. These places represent the vast majority of conditions our customers drive their vehicle and this helps to ensure the tuning is optimized and tested in the environment our customers ride.

 

In addition to extensive testing on our own vehicles, we ran our 2020 PRO XP tune and exhaust on Bryce Menzies’s race vehicle in this year’s King of the Hammers race. This race presents a variety of harsh conditions as vehicles face everything from meticulous rock climbing to deep silt beds to dry, open desert. Bryce says, “EVO power was just what our Pro XP needed”.  

Corbin Leaverton, who is running an EVP tune and exhaust on his 2020 Pro XP,  has won both rounds of the WORCS races this year.
